DESCRIPTION
The Agriculture and Natural Resources Commission shall provide advice
and recommendations to the city council and staff on matters
within the commission's scope and duties and that have been
referred to the commission by the city council, redevelopment
agency or city manager. The scope and duties include providing
advice and recommendations in the following areas:
- Tree Preservation
- Habitat and Conservation
- Williamson Act Easements
- Agricultural Land Conservation
- Open Space
- Energy Policies

This Commission meets quarterly in the Council Chambers. All meetings are televised on Wave Cable.
