The Utility Maintenance Division is comprised of five sections: Street Maintenance, Water Distribution, Sewer Collection, Backflow Prevention and Equipment & Vehicle Maintenance.

The Utility Maintenance Division is generally responsible for the maintenance and repair of the City's infrastructure - underground utilities - such as water, sewer and storm drains. The division also maintains city's roads and surface streets, installs/repairs street signs, and performs street sweeping services.
