The Water Efficient Toilet Rebate Program

West Sacramento is providing a toilet rebate program beginning in April 2008. To qualify for the toilet rebate program your home must have been built before 1994. To apply for the toilet rebate, please fill out the forms below . If you don’t have internet access, please call (916) 617-4850 for more information.

Other program requirements include:

• Purchase of material must occur within the program period beginning in January 1, 2008 to December 2009.

• Replacement of one water efficient toilet to an ultra low flush toilet (ULFT) of 1.6 gallons can be rebated up to $125.00 or a high efficiency toilet (HET) of 1.28 gallons can rebated up to $200.00.
